Make a technology decision you can defend — without replacing your supplier

Fidelis Logic assesses what your spaces and teams actually need, compares the credible approaches, and writes the recommendation down — then works alongside the reseller or system integrator you already use to get it delivered.

We do not sell the hardware. That is what keeps the advice about fit.

Where workplace technology decisions get stuck

If more than one of these sounds familiar, the problem is usually the requirement rather than the product.

Every vendor's proposal looks the same

Three quotes, three different product families, and no shared basis on which to compare them.

Nobody can say what the room actually needs

Room size, seating, acoustics and sightlines are rarely written down, so the specification is a guess.

The decision has to survive scrutiny

IT, facilities, finance and procurement each need a reason to approve, and a feature list is not a reason.

Changing supplier is not an option

There is an existing reseller relationship that works, and no appetite to replace it to get better advice.

Three areas where independent advice changes the outcome

ROOMZ and Workspace Management

Room and desk booking, hot desking, occupancy insight, analytics and the day-to-day workplace experience — so space decisions rest on what the building is actually doing.

  • Room booking panels and calendar integration
  • Desk booking and hot desking
  • Occupancy sensors and utilisation analytics
  • Wayfinding, visitor flow and workplace experience

Video Conferencing and Meeting Rooms

Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms and BYOD spaces, with the audio, cameras, content sharing and room control specified as one system rather than a parts list.

  • Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms
  • BYOD and BYOM meeting spaces
  • Professional audio, cameras and content sharing
  • Room control, commissioning and adoption
Plan a room or discuss a project

Business Applications and AI

ERP, CRM, HRMS and workflow improvement, with AI applied to the processes that actually consume your team's time rather than to a demonstration.

  • ERP, CRM and HRMS selection and configuration
  • Phased implementation around live operations
  • Data migration and integration between systems
  • AI integration grounded in real workflows

How an engagement runs

Four stages. You get a written recommendation before anyone is asked for a price.

  1. Understand the business and space

We start with how your teams work, what the rooms and desks are used for, and which decisions are already committed — not with a product list.

  2. Assess requirements and current technology

We review the estate you already own, the calendar and collaboration platforms in use, and the gaps between what exists and what is needed.

  3. Recommend and document an appropriate solution

You receive a written recommendation with the reasoning, the trade-offs we considered, and enough detail for a technical team or a BOQ.

  4. Support delivery through your preferred partner

Your reseller or system integrator quotes, supplies and installs. We stay involved so the design that was agreed is the design that gets built.

Your reseller or system integrator supplies and installs. We are not in the supply chain, so the recommendation stays about fit.

We work through your reseller, not around them

Most organisations already have a reseller or system integrator they trust with supply, installation and warranty. Replacing that relationship to get better advice is a poor trade, so we do not ask you to.

You keep the commercial relationship. We provide the assessment, the design and the documentation, and stay involved through delivery so the solution that was agreed is the solution that gets installed.

  • You keep your supplier and your terms

Quotation, supply, installation and warranty stay where they are today.

  • Your supplier gets a clear specification

A documented design is easier and cheaper to quote against than a conversation.

  • One comparable basis for every quote

When each vendor prices the same specification, the differences are real.

  • Someone independent at handover

We check the installed result against the design that was signed off.

  • No supply revenue on our side

We are not paid on the hardware, so a more expensive room is not a better outcome for us.
